You can now sign up with United Healthcare as an out of network provider with their E-Payment Center.
They will pay $2,024.00 for a full set of dentures. You can charge the patient for the balance that they will not cover. Some of these patients can afford to pay the difference and some can't. I would tell them upfront about the fee's before you do anything.
Once you get signed up if you call in about benefits they will have your information in their network to answer questions. They will not do pre-authorizations if you mail in a pre-authorization.
The process takes awhile to get signed up so please be patient.
