Congratulations On Awesome Attendance In 2026!
Congratulations to all of our amazing local students who worked so hard to stay on track with their attendance this school year. Thanks to the support of our local community and our Attendance Matters® Mentors, these students were able to stay focused and make attendance a priority. Working together to continue making attendance a major goal for students helps lead them down the path to graduation.
As a reward for hitting such a critical milestone, our local schools were able to reward students who missed three or fewer days all year with a new bicycle. Some schools, like Finley Middle School, had so many students who met this criteria, they held a drawing to award the winners.
We want to thank Bikes For Tikes for helping provide the bikes awarded to our amazing students and continuing to help in our mission to better the lives of local kids. Sharing stories of how our community has come together to support local kids can help inspire and encourage others to join in our mission. We know it is currently summer vacation, but we are already preparing for the next school year to help even more students improve and excel in school.
