***We’ve found that some users have trouble opening the form when they are logged into multiple Google accounts at the same time. The form is publicly accessible, but Google may automatically try to use the wrong account.

If you have issues accessing the form, please try one of the following:

• Open the link in an Incognito/Private browser window

• Switch to a different Google account

• Log out of extra Google accounts and try again

That usually resolves the issue right away. If you are still unable to access the form, please email Outreach@pvupc.org with your name, school, and parent group role and we will add you to our attendance list!

Dear PVSchools Families,

The PV United Parent Council's Technology Committee is conducting a technology survey to capture how families across the district feel about student technology use, AI in classrooms, screen time, digital citizenship, and where they want the district to invest. The survey takes 5-10 minutes, is completely anonymous, and is available in both English and Spanish.

English Survey: https://forms.gle/Cv9gcqToEqur3GM38

Spanish version: https://forms.gle/RugN9CNBue7Vzq9D9

***If you have any difficulties opening the survey, please try on a different device. Some people have had problems accessing Google Forms lately and we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to participate.
