United Way is Innovative

To make real change happen in our community, United Way of Racine County works hard to first identify gaps in services and support in our community and then address and fill those gaps. Our community schools are great examples of this effort. Community schools serve the entire neighborhood they are located in and offer their communities on-site resources and support that are tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

United Way is Accountable

United Way of Racine County is dedicated to accountability and transparency. Our funded programs undergo extensive vetting, including a rigorous application process and regular reporting. These efforts allow us to annually support over 80,000 individuals in Racine County.

United Way recognizes that sustainable change is best achieved through a data-driven approach. We utilize data to continuously assess and improve our efforts, maximizing impact in our community.
