This is a free 24- hour non-emergency helpline for referral to health and social services that provide food, housing, child care, veterans services, and more in Lee, Hendry, and Glades Counties. Why is United Way 211 important? It exists to help people navigate their way  through the maze of human and social services agencies. Trained information and referral specialists will assess the caller's needs and give appropriate referrals. Simply dial 2-1-1 or in Lee: 239-433-3900.
