The Boss Says We Have To Send Out
A Newsletter
Dear  ,

We'd rather be sailing...or camping... or playing on the beach...riding a scooter... doing yoga in the park....hiking...(we could go on).

I'm sure you would be too, but the boss says we can't shut down all summer. It's probably a good thing because this is when we get a chance to craft our campaign material, work on planning our events and connect with volunteers and community members.

If you would like to check one thing off on your to-do list this fall, please sign up to attend our events today!

Did you know?

In 2015 United Way of Central Alberta created the Community Impact Legacy Fund.

This year $13,000 from this fund is being awarded to a collective action initiative that works in partnership to address a complex community issue.

Congratulations to
our 2017 Community Impact
Legacy Grant Recipient

We are pleased to announce that the Red Deer Local Immigrant Partnership received
the grant to put towards a project that
aligns with our collective action criteria.
We are looking forward to seeing the
project come to fruition.
2017 Annual General Meeting

We held our Annual General Meeting on June 22nd. We got to celebrate and welcome many individuals who have and will be an integral part of our success in the upcoming year.
As always we appreciate all that you have done and continue to do to support United Way Central Alberta and the community.
