GET CONNECTED. GET ANSWERS.
211 Northwest Florida, powered locally by United Way of West Florida, is expanding its service area. Residents in Okaloosa and Walton counties will be connected to our information and referral specialists starting October 2.

There will be no disruption of service and calls for our 211 lines. 211 Northwest Florida is excited to serve our neighbors in these new counties!
211 Northwest Florida will also start answering 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline calls in early October. This nationwide helpline provides 24-hour-a-day, confidential support to people in suicidal crisis or mental health-related distress.
