Earn the Golden Bus by Volunteering with
Stuff The Bus!
Stuff the Bus collects much needed school supplies for students in Staunton City, Augusta County and Waynesboro City Public Schools. Supplies are collected outside of the Staunton and Waynesboro Walmart and sorted based on the Free & Reduced Lunch percentages within each public school.

In 2021 over $73,000 worth of school supplies were donated to 30 schools. Volunteers are needed to help collect and sort supplies, sign yourself or your group up today!

In order to encourage friendly competition between volunteer groups, we will be awarding the first ever Golden Bus.

Three Awards will be Presented:
·        School with the highest percentage of participation from staff
·        Civic Organization with the most volunteer hours
·        Business/Organization with the most volunteer hours

Where Do You LIVE UNITED?
We know that our community works to LIVE UNITED each and every day, so we want to see you show it off! Take a photo or yourself and your friends/family in your LIVE UNITED t-shirts and send those to [email protected] to be featured on Social Media. Post your photo on your social media and tag #SAWLIVEUNITED.

Photos can be taken at work, at the grocery store, in the local park, on vacation, or anywhere you LIVE UNITED, the possibilities are endless!

If you do not have a LIVE UNITED t-shirt, stop by the United Way SAW office to pick one up (24 Idlewood Blvd, Suite 106, Staunton).
