We are happy to announce that
The Southington-Cheshire Community YMCAs will be participating in the Renew Active and AARP Medicare Supplement Programs offered by UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company
. These new plans will launch on January 1, 2019.
As a Renew Active and AARP Medicare YMCA member, you will have access to all the services and privileges that are normally included in our YMCA membership.
If you currently have SilverSneakers offered through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company, your membership will automatically expire on December 31, 2018. To renew your YMCA membership through UnitedHealthcare, please bring
your confirmation code into the YMCA starting January 2, 2019.
You can obtain your Confirmation Code by going online at

for Renew Active or
pwrfitness.com
for AARP or by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. Confirmation codes will not be available until January 1, 2019. There may be additional paperwork that will need to be completed at
the time of re-joining.
