Craig is relearning how to be independent at Orion.
CRAIG
Craig worked for 40 years in the construction industry, but after suffering a stroke, he had to relearn how to do everyday tasks that most people take for granted. “Orion is a good place to learn,” Craig related. “I’m really proud of what I’ve learned. I learned how to build airplane parts!”

MENTOR PROFILE
It's about the journey each person takes
Shawn Swift is a mentor in Orion's Manufacturing Training Program. Shawn, and mentors like him, provide the one-on-one training that makes the Orion mission possible. Shawn related that o ne of the most satisfying aspects of being a mentor in Orion’s Manufacturing Training Program is seeing participants grow and become successful.

Orion Runners
ORION TEAM MEMBERS SUPPORT LOCAL FOOD BANK
Has anyone on your team been an inspiration during these challenging times? The Orion Runners have been getting in their Social Distance miles by training for and then running a 24 hour marathon challenge (16 miles one day and then 10.2 the next day). The Runners also ran from Orion's Auburn location to the Auburn Food Bank and volunteered to bag and distribute food.

The Auburn Food Bank is a great resource if you are in need. May was a challenging month for those with food insecurities, and June looks to be difficult as well. If you can, donate to help support our community!
