Construction on Unity Park (formerly NE 31st Ave. Park), located at 1700 NE 31st Ave., will begin in August. Work is expected to complete in early 2021.
Park improvements include two new basketball courts, a community garden, playground equipment, sidewalk games, a pavilion, grill and a walking loop with fitness stations.
