Life Is Meant for Living & Loving
When I wish to have a fuller experience of life, I need only step forward and say YES! My willing spirit invites opportunity and adventure. When I say yes to my body and mind, I energize every cell and enhance the flow of divine life. When I say yes to adventure, I open myself to opportunity and abundance. I move boldly into the world using my divine gifts and sharing my creative energy.
With every new opportunity, I say yes to myself and yes to God, trusting I am in the right place and the right time. I have everything I need to make the most out of my life. I do not hesitate to say yes to the infinite blessings that are unfolding around me. My spirit is willing, and my heart is full!

Join us this Sunday as we gather to celebrate Mother’s Day, honoring both the mothers in our lives and the deeper spiritual expression of the feminine heart of God. Whether you're a mother, have a mother, or simply want to honor the nurturing spirit that uplifts humanity, this is a beautiful time to come together in reflection, gratitude, and joy.
We’ll share in music, prayer, and a special message from Canda Lambert celebrating the Divine Feminine - the sacred presence of love, compassion, and creation within us all.

Welcoming May with Joy, Presence, and Community
UWSC joyfully welcomed the month of May with a beautiful Beltane service on May 1, followed by a fun and engaging Flipped Church experience led by Duncan and Ingrid: Stickers with Friends. Each sticker represented a different aspect of being present—gratitude, kindness, awe, and embracing the journey. We paired up to share what our chosen sticker meant to us, and I know my "Enjoy the Journey" sticker will continue to remind me of our open-hearted, welcoming community. Our service ended with a Prosperity Meditation and a delightful “May the Fourth” Star Wars story from Ryan Whatley, complete with a stormtrooper helmet!
Our potluck was filled with fellowship and celebration, as we wished Stacey Felipe a very happy birthday.
We also received a quick update from Stacey and Jane on preparations for the upcoming UWSC Yard Sale & Vendor Market on May 17. We’re still in need of additional items for the sale—so if you have gently used goods, or know friends, family, or neighbors who do, we’d love your help gathering donations!

UNITY COMMUNITY YARD SALE
Hosted by Unity Williamsburg Spiritual Center

TIME: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
GOAL: Raise $500 to update the audiovisual equipment in our sanctuary.
WE NEED YOUR DONATIONS!
Gently used, preloved, or new items are welcome. Ask friends and family too!
Housewares, Home Décor, Art, Books, Games, Furniture, Handbags, Toys, Garden Items, Antiques, Outerwear, Sporting Goods, Hobbies, Collectibles, Plants.
NOTE: Only clothing and shoes that are NEW WITH TAGS will be accepted. No exceptions.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! (sign-up sheet beside office door)
Day of Sale:
• 7:30 – 9:30 AM: Set up tables & items
• 9:00 – 11:00 AM/ 11:00 AM-1:00 pm - Sales floor, Check-out table
• 12:30 – 2:30 PM: Breakdown, load and deliver unsold items to local charity (Pickup truck helpful!)
Prior to the sale:
**“Point & Smile”- volunteers are needed to monitor donation drop off.
**Pricing & Sorting volunteers are also needed during donation drop off.
DONATION DROP-OFF TIMES (we can only accept donations at these times)

Zeffy is a fee-free donation portal specifically for non-profits. This means 100% of your love offering comes to UWSC. There will be cards with the scannable QR codes in the Sanctuary on Sunday like the one pictured. By scanning the QR code, you are taken to a donation page where you can choose a one time or recurring donation and amount. You do not need to create an account. Once you submit your donation, you will receive an immediate "Thank You" email with a downloadable tax-deductible donation receipt for your records.
