"The Way of Truth, Peace, and Love"
| | |
This Sunday, we will explore the timeless Toltec wisdom shared by Don Miguel Ruiz in “The Four Agreements.” These simple yet profound spiritual principles invite us into a new way of living—one that is grounded in love, guided by truth, and aligned with the presence of Divine Spirit.
As we become more mindful of the power of our words, communicate with greater clarity and compassion, and release the assumptions and judgments that separate us from ourselves and others, we will begin to experience more authentic relationships and a deeper sense of inner peace and freedom.
Join us this Sunday at 10:30 a.m. as we discover how this transformative spiritual practice can help us release limiting beliefs, quiet the voice of self-judgment, recover lasting inner peace, and awaken to the truth of who we are as expressions of the Divine.
Blessings,
Lori Smith,
Minister of Unity on the Avenue

Stories of Hope & Healing
In a world that often feels rushed, divided, and uncertain, there is something profoundly healing about finding a community where you are welcomed just as you are. A place where questions are honored, laughter is shared, tears are embraced, and every person is recognized as a unique expression of the Divine.
Our newest video, "The Sweet Spirit of Unity on the Avenue," isn't simply about the church It's about the people whose lives have been touched here. It's about finding hope after hardship, discovering peace in the middle of life's storms, and experiencing the quiet joy of knowing you don't have to walk your spiritual path alone.
As you watch, you'll hear genuine stories from people who found more than a church—they found a family. Their experiences remind us that healing happens in community, love transforms lives, and every soul deserves a place to belong.

Facilitated by Lori Smith, Minister of UOTA, this study is held on Mondays from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.; it began on June 29, 2026, and will conclude on August 10, 2026.

SpiritGroup Members Unite in
Sacred Service & Celebration
SpiritGroup members from “Working with the Law II” are putting spiritual principles into action through service, fellowship, and celebration. Through learning, serving, connecting, and celebrating, UOTA’s SpiritGroups continue to demonstrate that spiritual growth is most powerful when lived in community.
-
On Friday, July 17, SpiritGroup members served at Senior Support Services, connecting with participants and providing donations of needed items. Together, they created meaningful moments of joy and connection.
- On Friday, August 7, SpiritGroup members will come together for a fun-filled evening of pizza, games, and a movie—a time to deepen friendships and celebrate the community they’ve built.
- On August 9, SpiritGroup members will host Celebration Sunday following the service. The entire Unity community is invited to enjoy cake, view service-project photos, and celebrate the meaningful relationships, joyful experiences, and spiritual growth that blossomed through this journey together.

Inspiration
Joseph Campbell said, "Follow your bliss." Really good advice. We say: Follow your bliss. Follow your fun. Follow your pleasure. Follow your clarity. Follow your good feelings. Follow them as far as they will take you, and more will come.
