Jupiter News: Starry Nights Visiting Author Series Presents Andre Dubus III

The Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College hosts an evening with Andre Dubus III, the author of House of Sand and Fog.
On November 3, Dubus will discuss his craft and career and lead a master class for students and faculty in Jupiter Campus Library.
The Master Class is held at 10 a.m. and has limited space; email Rachel Luria at [email protected] to register. The talk is at 4 p.m.

Majestic Owls, Class of 1973, Visited University Libraries

Florida Atlantic's Class of 1973 paid a visit to the University Libraries while on the tour of the Boca Raton campus, before getting inducted into the esteemed Majestic Owls Society.
The Owls especially enjoyed the display of yearbooks and student newspapers from their time at FAU, prepared by our Special Collections team. A particularly touching moment occurred when some of the alumni discovered themselves in the old issues of the newspapers.

University Libraries Collect 51 Pounds of Supplies for YWCA of Palm Beach County

In a recent Bra Drive, University Libraries collected 51 pounds of essential bras and shelter supplies. These supplies will be donated to the Young Women's Christian Association of Palm Beach County.
