Call for Abstracts

The Pacific Divisio n of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) is concluding its Centennial Year in 2016.  Having started in San Diego, the Pacific Division is excited to be hosting its 97th annual meeting back in San Diego on the University of San Diego (USD) campus from June 14-17, 2016.  This year's theme, "Engaging Science," encourages us to reflect on the scientific advancements of the past 100 years and to look forward to the next phase of scientific innovation. 
 
Please submit an abstract to be considered for a poster or oral presentation.  The deadline for abstract submission is Friday April 22, 2016.

What is Research Week?
Research week is a weeklong celebration of the research activities in USD. This multi-faceted showcase will focus on the importance of research at USD, and will include various events, open houses and demonstrations. 

This year Research Week 2016 will take place on campus the week of April 11-15th, 2016.

Research Week is free and open to the public so, please join us!
