Resilience for the Workplace and Life

This workshop looks at resilience as a practical skill we build over time through our experiences, habits, and daily interactions. Participants learn how emotions, language, and physical responses affect confidence, stress, communication, and how we handle challenges.

Through discussion and activities, you'll explore how the way we think, speak, and respond under pressure can strengthen or limit our ability to move forward. You'll leave the workshop with tools to build self-awareness, improve communication, and stay balanced and adaptable, recognizing that resilience looks different for everyone.
