Annual Conference Registration is Open!

October 6-8th, Salem, MA

Registration for our 2026 Conference is open with Early Bird pricing - for members and non-members.

It is a great time for non-members to join WE too. You can save $50.00 on registration by joining first. There are a variety of membership levels for you and/or your team. Check it out.

Our schedule is about complete but a few more details will be added later this week.

This boutique hotel has a limited number of rooms and most are single rooms. Make your hotel reservations early by calling 978-867-1800 and reference Women in Energy Conference. Sorry, they do not have online registration.

Your registration includes sessions, special events, breakfasts, 2 receptions and lunch Wednesday. Wednesday night after our reception, many guests will be able to visit Salem, MA and dinner will be on your own there.

We have a variety of sponsorships from which to choose. Several of them offer complimentary registrations and unique amenities.

Tabletops will be open Wednesday only. There are floor plans on the sponsorship page. This year we have plans to encourage attendees to visit these displays.
