Recently, we had the privilege of collaborating with Broussard Mechanical on the iconic Margaritaville project in Biloxi, MS. Our state-of-the-art 360-ton crane, equipped with an impressive 212,000 pounds of counterweight and a 126-foot luffer jib, enabled us to efficiently extend our reach across the top of the building. This capability allowed us to safely and precisely remove and replace three heavy units, each weighing around 22,000 pounds, from over a 100-foot radius. The synergy between our dedicated crew at Glenn Machine Works and the skilled team from Broussard Mechanical resulted in swift and effective outcomes, underscoring our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. While the job presented its challenges, the breathtaking views along the Gulf Coast served as a constant reminder of the unique experiences this region offers, making every moment spent on-site truly remarkable.
