Barbara Dorumsgaard, co-owner of NTM, attended the Fridley Public School District Tigers Robotics Team Sponsor Appreciation Night on Tuesday, May 7th. During the event, Barb had the opportunity to operate "Princess Scene Queen," the Tigers' 3'x3' robot, via computer remote control. She guided Princess Scene through a series of movements, including targeting, picking up a rubber "donut," and launching it 10 feet into the air toward a basket. (And yes, Princess Scene Queen scored a basket! Notice the look of relief in the pictures!)

Overall, it was a fantastic event, and both NTM and Barb are excited to continue supporting the Fridley Tigers Robotics team and other programs supporting youth in engineering and manufacturing.
