Leadership Cape Coral is a comprehensive thirteen-week program that educates participants about the critical components and inner workings of the City of Cape Coral. Designed and facilitated by the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral, the program is a dynamic blend of education, engagement, and community immersion.

What to Expect:

• Engage with prominent local leaders.
• Tour restricted-access facilities and vital infrastructure.
• Learn how to make a lasting impact on our community.
• Connect with a powerful network of civic-minded peers.
• Grow into the next generation of Cape Coral’s leadership.

Through interactive discussions, tours and field experiences, participants will dive deep into the most pressing challenges and promising opportunities that shape our city's future.

Program Schedule:

• Kick Off - August 7-8, 2026 at The Westin Cape Coral Resort
• Graduation Ceremony: November 13, 2026
• Weekly Schedule - Thursdays from 8am - 5 pm. except Friday, September 25th and Friday, October 23
