Parade Memorial Donations

Last year, our Community experienced a horrific tragedy. In the midst of that tragedy we were able to see the community come together.

This year, we are asking everyone to come together again by helping to create a permanent memorial to honor all those impacted by the tragedy.

Donations are being accepted through the Parade Memorial Fund at the Waukesha Community Foundation. Donate.

New Bike Trail

The new bike trail connection is now open from near Frederick St. to the east.

This helps connect the New Berlin Trail to the Glacial Drumlin Trail, which feeds into what is known as the Route of the Badger – connecting hundreds of miles of trails.

Sudden Cardiac Arrest

October is Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness month.

The City of Waukesha is a PulsePoint Community. The PulsePoint app is utilized to notify off-duty medical professionals and citizen trained in hands-only CPR of nearby cardiac arrest events so they can start hands-only CPR during the crucial moments before EMTs arrive. The app will also provide users with the location of the closest available AED.

Download the app on your phone now!
