NHGRI's Louise M. Slaughter National DNA Day Lecture
Crossing Cultures: An Exploration of Microbial Music and the Community Bio Movement By David Wong, Ph.D.
NHGRI's Louise M. Slaughter National DNA Day Lecture honors the late Congresswoman Louise M. Slaughter and her career dedicated to science and public service. It also honors her role in leading a group of legislators who passed concurrent resolutions creating DNA Day in 2003. This year's speaker was Dr. David Kong of MIT's Media Lab. It's never too late to be part of the National DNA Day celebration, so take a moment and watch the video!
