A New Facebook Story on NHGRI’s Facebook Featuring a Family’s Health History Journey
Taking advantage of the Facebook Story experience, NHGRI has created a series of animated graphics highlighting how one person’s health benefitted from their proactive family health history journey. National DNA Day Twitter Chat Highlighting Family Health History Resources on November 17
Because DNA Day is every day, NHGRI’s National DNA Day Movement will be participating in the family health history celebration by hosting a Twitter Chat on Tuesday, November 17 from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.. Learn about the latest in resources available for learning about and recording family health history. Resources will include both paper-based and internet tools. Join @DNADay and participate in the conversation by using hashtags #FamilyHealthHistory and #DNADay21.
The VIRTUAL Inspire Educators Workshops is a special event series for educators designed to inspire and equip teachers with the most current and innovative STEM learning tools for the classroom. Industry leaders will share their STEM perspectives and resources while implementing realistic teaching models. This free event takes place over two days, November 18-19, 2020. Registration is required.
