Despite the challenges faced by the economy, such as rising interest rates, dropping oil prices, and low inventory, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had a remarkable start to the year.
I recently had the privilege of representing Proven Realty and North Dakota at the prestigious Real Trends Gathering of the Eagles event held in Austin, TX. It was an incredible experience, bringing together the top real estate agents and teams from across the country. I am proud to share that Proven Realty was recognized for having the highest sales volume in North Dakota in the large brokerage category for 2022. This outstanding achievement would not have been possible without the support of our clients, referral partners, and agents. We are truly grateful for your trust and loyalty.
We are happy to report that our residential real estate market is thriving; we have made significant improvements to our marketing efforts. With a team of eight professionals dedicated to providing best-in-class marketing services, we have seen dramatic results. So far this year, we have successfully closed 98 properties, with a total sales price of approximately $39 million. Additionally, we currently have over 20 pending transactions and eight new listings coming soon.
