Since launching in late 2017, Baltimore Creatives Acceleration Network (BCAN), catalyzed by MICA, has propelled the growth of 79 creative enterprises through their cohort-based acceleration programs and have supported over 1400 local creatives through workshops, networking events and coaching.
By promoting the economic empowerment of the city’s creative entrepreneurs, they aim to foster a stronger, more equitable creative ecosystem and economy in Baltimore.
