PLEASE, PLEASE submit your ballot for the February election. We need to receive 151 ballots to fulfill the legal HOA quorum requirements, otherwise we will incur extra expense repeating the vote until we receive a valid quorum. PLEASE DO YOUR PART TO HELP OUR COMMUNITY.
Even if you do not wish to vote for any candidates, just by submitting your ballot you will be saving us from extra costs that will be incurred if we don't meet our quorum requirement.
It's very easy - just sign and date the ballot and leave it at the Pima gatehouse in an envelope addressed to Brooke Pepper at City Property Management. Or, if you have registered for the online portal - simply complete the ballot online.
