Meeting Start: Wednesday, September 10, 2025

• 1300 – 1800 ~ Registration and name badge pick up for attendees

• 1300 – 1400 ~ Exhibit Hall Opening (food served)

Meeting Dress Requirements


* Air Force: Service Dress for both meetings. Civilian clothes are authorized on travel days and special evening events.

Air Force members traveling in a Permissive Temporary Duty (PTDY) status are not required to wear their uniform.

* Army: ASU or AGSU for Army members traveling in TDY status. Civilian attire is appropriate for day of arrival/departure and those traveling on leave or PTDY (permissive TDY) status.

- Class A: both days of AFOS

- Class B: all days of SECO except when presenting

- Army members attending in a Leave or PTDY status are not required but encouraged to wear the uniform.

* Navy: Khaki’s or Service Dress Blues for both meetings (sweater or Eisenhower jacket is authorized with Blues unless presenting). Civilian clothes are authorized on travel days.

Immediately following the AFOS Annual Membership and Awards Ceremony, join us on the Riverwalk!

SIGHTS & SIPS ON THE SAN ANTONIO

Step aboard a private riverboat for a 1-hour twilight tour filled with charm, conversation, and the glow of San Antonio’s city lights. Whether you’re mingling with colleagues or simply soaking in the evening atmosphere, this is the perfect way to connect and relax.

Boarding Time: 8:20 PM sharp Cruise Time: 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Meeting Point: The corner of Hyatt Regency and Mad Dogs British Pub, next to the Hyatt Regency (Event Hotel)

Cost: $30 per person

Refreshments on Board: Beer, wine, and sodas will be served.

Experience an unforgettable evening at the iconic Alamo.

This event is open to all registered attendees for full meeting and guests!
