Held the third Wednesday of each month.

Hash Auctions will be conducting this auction consisting of Hay and Straw for your livestock animals - Horses - Show Cattle - Sheep - Goats - Llamas - and all hay consuming animals.

OUR BUYERS ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD QUALITY HAY TO FEED. MANY FEED YEAR ROUND - SO BRING YOUR MERCHANDISE TO AUCTION

The auction starts at 10:04 am.

The office will be open at 9:00 am.

All loads should try to be in place by 9:30 am for inspection.

BUYERS INFORMATION:

You will be required to register before the auction and obtain a buyer's number.An ID is required to register.All purchases must be paid for by conclusion of the auction in full. Forms of payment accepted are Cash and Good Check.

Seller(s) will agree to deliver hay within a TEN MILE radius of the auction site at no charge.Buyers do have the responsibility to provide labor needed to unload hay at your location.

Buyers do have the option to transfer loads from sellers' vehicle to buyer's vehicle at auction site.Buyers will be responsible for any and all clean up resulting from transfer.

SELLERS INFORMATION and TERMS:

Terms are 10% commission of the gross of sale.Sellers will determine if Hay - Straw, etc will be sold by weight (IE: Ton), roll or bale.If sold by the ton, the Seller must have a certified weight slip at check in time.

Seller agrees to deliver hay with a TEN MILE radius of auction site at no charge and may charge up to $2.50 per loaded mile over the 10 mile limit.

Sellers are highly encouraged to sell at the high bid obtained, However, Sellers will have the right to refuse the high bid price on any load, but a NO SALE FEE will apply.

DIRECTIONS: 9 miles East of Winchester, off Va. Rt. 7 at the West Entrance to Berryville. Watch for signs. (On the opposite end of Town from our Auction Center).

WHAT IS A HARDWARE AND HOME IMPROVEMENT AUCTION?

This is all new merchandise from a national company. Everything you need to spruce up, clean up, or fix up your home. Home and Safety items, Lawn and Garden; Painting supplies, etc. We have over two tractor trailer loads of such items arriving for our next auction. We won't know until the pallets are unpacked!

Examples of items from past auctions: Ext. & Step Ladders; Paints & Stains, Dog Kennels; Pipe; Light Bulbs; Lawn Chemicals; Nails; Bolts, Door knobs, Heaters; Cleaners; Faucet Covers; Antifreeze; Locks; anything you might see inside the local hardware stores.

TERMS: All items must be removed day of auction. ID needed for bidders number. Cash or Good Check. Nothing removed until settled in full day of auction. Please note location and auction day.
