Meet the Canadian Beef Check-Off Agency's New Chair

Trevor Welch, New Brunswick Cattle Producers Chair, was elected as the new Canadian Beef Cattle Check-Off Chair this past August.

"I am humbled and grateful for this opportunity and excited about our organization’s future. I have some big boots to fill following those who have led this organization before me. As we dive into the fall run, with many of us busy weaning, sorting, shipping, I wanted to introduce myself and share my vision for the beef check-off in Canada."
