Large Business of the Year Winner Spotlight!

Flannery Construction is not only a business located in the Midway, but also one doing several projects in the neighborhood. Currently, there are three Flannery projects along University Avenue with many past Midway projects including the current Peking Garden/Hmong American Partnership building, Model Cities, Springboard, Saint Paul Police Western District, American National Bank, Element Gym, and the Flannery Construction headquarters.

Founded in 1980, over 90% of Flannery’s work is from repeat customers and referrals- a testament to their work, relationships and reputation.

Their buildings help give our neighborhood its look and feel and house many businesses and nonprofits. One of its current projects is the new Keystone building, a nonprofit with a long history of supporting those in need. Buildings created by Flannery will be a part of the Midway for generations.
