The Costa Mesa Parks and Community Services Department will be applying for grant funds to renovate Ketchum-Libolt Park. At this time the city is gathering community input for a list of amenities that can enhance the park user experience. Costa Mesa’s Business Assistance Collaborative (BAC)
"Costa Mesa’s BAC is seeking to provide support for businesses through sharing data and resources, mobilizing our local patronage through a Shop Costa Mesa campaign, seeking input from the business community through a proactive call center, and providing a watering hole for all businesses and patrons".

California Grants Portal
The California State Library aids businesses with a portal to find all available state grant and loan opportunities. California Grants Portal houses first come, first serve grants for businesses, individuals, nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and tribal governments in all sectors of the economy.

Order and take a COVID-19 test from the comfort of your home! At-home COVID-19 test kits are available free of charge to Orange County residents, and both saliva-based and nasal swab options are available through the OC Public Health website.

Walk-Up COVID-19 Testing on Weekends at the Costa Mesa Senior Center - FREE!

The City of Costa Mesa is offering free walk-up COVID-19 testing at the Costa Mesa Senior Center. Testing is available by appointment only. The testing kiosk will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, through the end of March. Please visit https://www.360clinic.md/ to make an appointment!
