Fridays 9:30 a.m. Starting September 4

...and to provide your not-so-little one some time away from you- YOGA FOR PRETEENS
Wednesdays 4:00 p.m. Starting September 2

Our experienced instructors will provide you and your children the chance to move, get silly, and then relax. We know how to effectively connect with and guide our students through breathing exercises and mindful movement.

Toddler and Me
Come and play with us! This lighthearted and lively class uses music and yoga to encourage young learners (and their caregivers!) to move their bodies in creative ways. Songs, stories, and positive affirmations are used to teach yoga and meditation skills through imaginative play.
Yoga for Preteens
-Improve core strength, balance, & flexibility

-Relax and de-stress

-Practice breathing and relaxation exercises to calm the body and mind and regulate emotions.

-Empower yourself by exploring positive affirmations for building emotional strength and fortitude

-Learn skills to help you deal with life’s stresses and challenges
