We hope the semester has been going well and you are looking forward to spring break which is just around the corner. Please take a moment to review this email carefully regarding important dates and events.

Important Dates

• Housing Selection Open Office hours from 2pm-5pm in the RLH Office in Angelou

• Deadline for Disability-Related Accommodation Requests and Supporting Documentation for 2026-27 Housing Selection



Sunday, March 1 - Wednesday, March 4

• March Health and Safety Inspections

March Health and Safety Inspections

Sunday, March 1 - Wednesday, March 4 between 9 a.m.- 9 p.m.

Please be aware that your room will be entered between March 1 - 4 and may be reentered over the break. Staff will enter student rooms to perform inspections and routine maintenance. During this time we will lock all windows and doors. 

Administrative action, billing and/or student conduct referral can result if unauthorized items or unsafe/unclean conditions are found. All staff members are expected to report the presence of health and safety/hazards or violations. For more information on department and University policies please refer to the Guide to Community Living and Code of Conduct. 

Spring Break

Saturday, March 7 - Sunday, March 15

• Residential communities will be OPEN throughout the break. However, there will be limited staff on-site. 
• For emergencies, or to contact on-call staff, call University Police at 336.758.5911
• Dining hours may be LIMITED. For specific hours, please refer to Deacon Dining's website at dining.wfu.edu/
