Conference Registration: Reminder that conference registration is now open on the SCMS website. If you have trouble logging into your account to renew your membership or to register for the conference, please contact the Home Office. Do not create a new profile record. Deadline: Friday, January 19.
Onsite Space Requests: To secure a room for your event, reception, or meeting onsite at the conference hotel, please review room reservation information and submit your request as soon as possible. Deadline: Friday, January 19.
Caucus/SIG Panel Sponsorships: In preparation for the conference schedule’s release next week, we wanted to get you looking ahead for an important part of the annual scheduling process. We will be inviting Caucus and SIG leadership to review panels and workshops and determine which ones your group would like to sponsor. The deadline for this selection process will be Friday, January 19.
Each Caucus and SIG will have the opportunity to designate sponsorship for up to eight panels, workshops, or roundtables in the conference program. This sponsorship will provide an excellent platform to showcase and support the sessions that align closely with your group's interests and objectives. We appreciate your proactive involvement in this process and look forward to highlighting contributions from each Caucus and SIG in the conference program.
Caucus and SIG leadership - you will soon receive a request to submit a form detailing your sponsored sessions. Should you have any questions or require assistance concerning the submission form, please reach out to the home office at [email protected].
Program Corrections: When the conference schedule is released next week, we will ask presenters to submit a form below to request to change your listed name, affiliation, or title. Deadline: Friday, January 19.
