Business Visa
Buying a business for the purpose of receiving an E2 visa may appear to be easy, but it could turn to be complicated. The business owners may not want to deal with an out of country buyer. An out of country buyer may not understand all the aspects of a business in America. An E2 applicant must also be able to determine the source of his money, which is one of the requirements of an E2 visa. The funds coming from certain countries like Iran must follow the OFAC regulations. The E2 business must not be marginal & must create some jobs & have positive affect on US economy. The E2 applicant's investment amount must be substantial. The E2 applicant must be in an executive or managerial position & have direct control on the business. The E2 visa owner must have relevant experience. An E2 visa needs extensive, complicated paper work. It is highly recommended you would hire a legal counsel when applying for this visa.
