Sailing Lessons

Are you a beginner and want to start sailing or experienced and just need to receive your sailing card.?

We offer individual or group lessons where upon completion, you will receive a sailing card which is required to rent sail boats on Crystal Lake.

Register Your Kids for Swim Lessons Today!

Are you ready to make a splash this summer? Give your children the gift of water confidence and safety by enrolling them in our exciting and comprehensive swim lessons!

Choice of :

Parent/Tot Swim Lessons- 8 sessions throughout the summer, ages 18 months-3 years

Group Swim Lessons-7 levels, 4 sessions throughout the summer, ages 3+

Private Swim Lessons-10 sessions throughout the summer, ages 3+

All swim lessons participants are invited to an end of summer party on July 26



Due to repairs needed after a winter ice storm, opening of the batting cages at Lippold Park was delayed while waiting for parts from the manufacturer. We anticipate that net installation will be complete along with pre-season machine maintenance by the end of the week. Call 815.459.0680 ext. 333 for general batting cage information or watch our website and social media for batting cage opening date information.

The batting cage system features four token-operated dual function cages with fastpitch baseball and slow pitch softball in every tunnel. Tokens can be purchased at the batting cages for $1 for 10 balls. The token machine accepts $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills.

Hound Town Keys for 2023-2024 are now available.

Hound Town is a three-acre park at Lippold Park where dogs can socialize and run off leash. The park is entirely fenced and is open year-round, 9 am-dusk
