In the Art Gallery

The Franklin Lakes Art Gallery is currently featuring artist John Dunic. Mr. Dunic lives in Bergen County, and is a formally schooled
artist who works in many mediums, including paintings in oils, acrylics,
watercolors, and sculpts with many types of materials.
His education is a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with the MY
based School of Visual Arts (SVA) and earned his Master's of Fine Arts from William Paterson College (WPC), majoring in Painting and
Computer Graphics.

Mr. Dunic paints in a variety of styles, including cubism, expressionism, and futurism, which emphasizes his diversity. One painting of his may look entirely different from the next, which is what makes him a unique talent. He touches upon subjects such as history, love, nature and religion, even rock and roll. He uses his own, personal freedom to paint what he is feeling at any given time, so subjects can run the diversity of the universe and imagination as his displayed work will show.

John Dunic has won many awards in many of the exhibits he has participated in. Recently in 2016, he won an award at the Bergen County Arts and Music Festival, and the Best Acrylic Painting Award at the Louis Bay 2nd Library Arts Show in Hawthorne, NJ. He hopes to captivate the patrons of every show he displays his works. To see more of John's artwork, go to facebook and youtube and search for  'John Dunic.'
