Join the Association for engaging panel discussions with WA FQHC leadership to learn about FQHCs as leaders in the primary care model, the integration of care and addressing health disparities, and how they are an integral part of the FQHC mission, practices, programs and outcomes!

Health centers’ leadership staff, state agencies and health centers’ peers

Recognize how health centers have centered the “whole person”
Acknowledge how health centers have embraced different disciplines and modalities to integrate care
