Spicy Chicken Salad
Sliced Panko-crusted chicken with fresh red hot cherry peppers, baby greens, cherry tomatoes, topped with chopped sundried tomatoes, then dressed with a Ranch style dressing.
Roasted Stuffed Zucchini
This zucchini boat is stuffed with breadcrumbs, chopped plum tomatoes, sautéed onions, thyme, basil, and shredded Gruyere cheese, roasted and accompanied with an organic baby green salad.
PASTA
Bucatini is a hollowed spaghetti-style pasta. The
name comes from Italian: buco, meaning "hole". We are preparing it with fresh clams and infusing it
with a freshly made Bacardi white rum
sauce combined with fresh garlic, basil, scallions, garlic, and butter.
ENTREES
Chicken Asiago
Boneless breast of chicken lightly dusted, sautéed topped with mushrooms, and finished with an Italian Asiago cream sauce.
Steak Giambotta
Rib Eye steak sautéed with potatoes, peppers, onions, and mushrooms in a light brown sauce. Served with your choice of hot or sweet peppers.
Grouper Marsala
This sweet white fish is an everyman's fish. You don't have to like fish to like Grouper. Caught off the coast of Florida it is sautéed in a sweet Marsala wine sauce topped with julienne of green beans and carrots.
