Hello, Chamber Members!
We are grateful to hear that most of our community has had their power restored and that school is back in session. We want to give a sincere thanks to everyone from linemen to volunteers for their efforts during Hurricane Helene recovery. It took a village and you all showed up in so many ways. Our thoughts and prayers remain with every community impacted and those who are in the path of Hurricane Milton. We have placed recovery resources at the bottom of this E-Newsletter. If additional resources become available, we will communicate those to you. As we continue moving forward at the Chamber, we are excited to come together with each of you to celebrate at upcoming events.
We have 40 spots remaining for the 3rd Annual State of the Region on Monday, October 21! We will be closing registration as soon as those spots are filled.
This year's theme will be Bass, Business & Blues, and the topic will be all things workforce. At this year's event we will be recognizing the Community Connector of the Year and we can't wait to announce this year's recipient.
In closing, I would like to encourage everyone to continue reaching out to those in need and if the Chamber can be of assistance, our doors are always open so do not hesitate to reach out.
Stay connected 24/7 by following us on Facebook and Instagram, where we engage actively to keep our members connected to the business community.
As always, click on the graphic to register for an event.
We are excited to see you soon!
