INNOVATION CAMPUS MEMBERS CONNECT

B.STEPHENS HR AND UNDESKED

Both B.Stephens HR and UnDesked are members of the WKU Innovation Campus, fostering collaboration and innovation within our entrepreneurial community. At our recent Member of the Month event featuring UnDesked, founders Jeremy Jacobs (UnDesked) and Breanna Stephens (B.Stephens HR) connected to explore how HR solutions could enhance the UnDesked experience. This conversation highlighted the power of networking within the Innovation Campus, where businesses come together to share ideas, identify opportunities, and create meaningful partnerships that drive success. We love seeing our members collaborate and grow—who will be the next great connection?

By: Beanna Stephens

B.Stephens HR works with many different technology providers, but we can’t help but get excited when one

comes along that ties in perfectly with the work we do. This month we’re featuring our friends at UnDesked, a platform designed specifically for deskless workplaces—those environments where employees don’t start their day with a computer or email."

Think warehouses, kitchens, production floors, or field sites. These teams often rely on outdated systems or fragmented tools. UnDesked brings everything together—training, onboarding, HR communication, safety protocols, and task tracking—in one accessible, mobile-friendly hub.

For small businesses, this kind of efficiency is a win. It simplifies compliance, reduces the burden on frontline managers, and helps you create a more connected, informed workforce—without needing to issue every employee a device.

At B. Stephens HR Consulting, we see UnDesked as a natural extension of the work we do building systems that strengthen employee engagement, streamline onboarding, and maintain compliance without adding complexity. If your workforce is on the move, UnDesked helps you stay organized—and we’re here to help you implement and manage it.
