Happy New Year! We are excited to kick off the new year with a variety of events that are sure to be fun for everyone involved. This year's calendar is full of programs including gourmet meals, family weekends, adult getaways, and summer camps. Contact Eagle Bluff if you'd like to receive a 2012 Public Program Brochure! 
Dinner on the Bluff:
Our Fresh Water Resources

February 4, 2012
5:30 p.m.
Cost: $20 per person  

 

Gene Merriam, former state Senator and DNR Commissioner will be talking about our valuable fresh water resources.

 

Menu: To be announced. Check our website in the upcoming weeks!

 

All dinners begin with the presentation at 5:30 p.m. followed by a buffet dinner. Pre-registration is required 507-467-2437 - The cost is $20 per person for early birds, reservations made the week of the event will increase to $25 per person.
Adult Getaway Weekend

February 4-5, 2012
Cost: $100 per person

 

Join us for a weekend of nature, relaxation, and good company! Kids aren't the only ones that get to have fun at Eagle Bluff. Cross country skiing, snowshoeing, yoga, hiking, and enjoying the Dinner on the Bluff meal and speaker are just a few of the options! Adults over the age of twenty-one are welcome to join the weekend.

Becoming an Outdoor Family Winter Weekend
February 11-12, 2012Snowshoeing Kids
Cost: $80 per person OR $300 for family of four and $75 for each additional family member.

Come and play in the winter wonderland surrounding Eagle Bluff! Activities include: snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing, rock climbing, and high ropes course! This is a great way for a family to beat cabin-fever.

Dinner on the Bluff: Revealing the Infinite in the Finite
Craig Blacklock
January 7, 2012
5:30 p.m.

Join internationally acclaimed landscape photographer, Craig Blacklock, for an evening filled with wonderful nature images, and learn the step by step thinking that goes into the visualization of each image.

The menu will feature: Caramelized Carrot Soup, Brussel Sprout Salad, Goat Cheese and Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast, Maple glazed Turnips, Roasted Banana Pudding.
