Friday Mindfulness Zoom Meditation
Friday, December 20, 2024 at 12:00 PM on Zoom
Sometimes, Shabbat can sneak up on us much too quickly, before we're truly "ready" for it. To help "clear the way" for Shabbat, join a special series of mindfulness programs sponsored by Boomers and Beyond on Zoom this fall. Open to all in the community! No prior experience required.
The Group will be led by Rachel Cohn, DYEE and rabbinic intern, as well as occasional guest teachers. The sessions will include a combination of Jewish chanting, setting kavanot (intentions) for Shabbat, silent meditation, and guided meditation. RSVP to get email updates for this group!
