We’re excited to share an update about your community events newsletter!

As you may have heard, the MAC Calendar is evolving into something new: LoveWB! This new website will serve as a one-stop hub for events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved across Wood Buffalo. As part of this transition, your monthly events newsletter will soon be coming from LoveWB instead.

What does this mean for you?

Not much will change in terms of the content you know and enjoy. You’ll still receive a curated list of upcoming community events—it will simply come with a fresh new look and name.

ACTION: If you would prefer not to receive future LoveWB newsletters, you can unsubscribe from this list at any time. To opt out before the transition, please unsubscribe from this newsletter by May 6.

Otherwise, no action is needed—we’ll take care of the rest.

We’re looking forward to bringing you along for this next chapter and continuing to keep you connected to everything happening in our community.

See you at LoveWB

Emotions are a completely normal, usually healthy part of being human. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems – problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of life. We will explore relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, problem solving, and better forms of communication.
