Crafting some of these amazing treats with us will be improv artist & former actress, Debbie Hirsch. Women's Health Lectures! This Sunday , November 17th at the Jewish Federation 12:00 PM

Join us at the Federation for a day of fascinating lectures on women's health, as well as a delicious light lunch. Programming schedule: 12:00-12:45 PM: Light lunch 12:45-1:15 PM: Charmagne LaFortune, JFS Associate: "Stress Less-The Mindful Way." 1:15-2:00 PM: Dr. Ilana Kirsch: "Irregular Uterine Bleeding-Causes & Treatments." 2:00 PM: CPR testing with Sorah Stein (Classes will be taken online, & completed before November 17th.
