Mental Health First Aid Training

Learn how to recognize and respond to mental health challenges with this one-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification from Mental Health Connecticut.

This training is open to everyone, no experience required, and includes a self-paced pre-course and a full-day, instructor-led session. Food and refreshments provided. Spots are limited!

Join us for a creative and restorative evening at our Flow & Reflect Wellness Workshop, presented in partnership with the West Hartford Chamber’s FLOW (Future Leaders of West Hartford) and Mental Health Connecticut's Art of Wellbeing program.
This hands-on workshop invites you to explore journaling as a powerful tool for reflection, stress relief, and personal growth, no experience necessary.
Part of the proceeds will benefit MHC, helping to expand access to mental health programs in our communities.
