November 14, 2024
This past summer, Professor Joan C. Williams of the University of California, San Francisco and her team at the Equity Action Center launched a ground-breaking collaborative gender study with the American College of Bankruptcy and the Focus on Gender Committee. Over 900 professionals in 80 restructuring advisory firms in law, financial advisory, and investment banking participated in the resultant survey.
We cordially invite you to attend a presentation detailing the results of our study. This is the last installment of the three-year series on Gender and Bias in the workforce. Please join us for an in-depth analysis of the results of the survey, as well as practical, straight-forward steps that your firm can take to address possible areas of bias. In addition, you will receive access to a digital toolkit to guide you through simple modifications to existing practices to assist in interpreting and reducing patterns of gender bias.
