Flower Arranging Workshop

Sunday September 10, 11:00am - 12:30pm

Join us for a workshop where we teach you the magic of floral arranging!

We have lots of flowers growing at the Farm, you’ll help us select some nice ones.

You should expect to walk away with a stunning arrangement (designed by you!), new knowledge about florals and designing, and maybe some new friends.

We welcome you to bring your own vase but we’ll have some extras too, just in case…

A Workshop by Teresa Maltz.

Healing Yoga and Meditation

Sunday September 17, 10:30 - 11:30am

All are welcome to join us for a yoga class to embody the true self, release stuck emotions, and develop a nurturing community.

Yoga and meditation can help us heal from cumulative stress as well as help build a loving relationship to the self while developing a deeper understanding of emotions. This session will include breathwork, embodiment practices, conscious movement, journaling, and connection. No yoga experience needed.

A class guided by Stephanie Siciliano, LCSW, RYT.

Kula Homeschool

Friday Sep. 15 - All About Worms

Friday Sep. 29 - Fall Equinox Celebration

1:30 - 3:00pm

In each class we’ll explore different aspects of farming, gardening, food and nutrition or nature. The classes are generally geared toward ages 4-8, but all are welcome as we discuss topics that some explore into high school.

Classes are organized by Lori Garton, assistant manager of the Kula Farm. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Horticulture and has been working on organic farms for over 15 years. She is also a homeschooling parent.
