To Honor the Full Moon

By Stephanie Siciliano

Sunday, February 25

9.00am - 10:00pm, $5.00

Just as the moon commands the tides of the oceans, it also pushes and pulls on our emotional and soulful state of being. The full moon is a time of heightened energy and illumination and is an impactful time to reflect and release what is no longer serving us.

We welcome you to join the Kula community as we honor the upcoming full moon on Sunday, February 25th at 9:00 am for a full moon ritual including yoga and meditation. ALL are welcome and no yoga experience is needed.

February Highlights

Visits from the Ninth grade College Achieve Charter School students.

All students got a pretty lily flower.

That they dissected into nine different parts.

Taking samples for a science experiment.

The hydroponic lettuce that they grew themselves was finally ready to harvest so we made some nice salads.

Chef Mark Felz did an amazing job on the Farm to Table Dinner. He'll be happy to cater your next event, he started Trixie’s Chicken in 2021. it is a New Jersey-based supper club pop-up/catering business.

We had Regine Flimlin, founder of Juice Basin giving a Juicing workshop, probably the 4th time now! New owner Madeline Vricella was there to help hand out delicious samples. There are many health benefits to juicing and cleansing. Regine is an expert in targeting diverse issues and gave all participants a chance to address certain target areas. Her periodic table of juicing guides you right to the best combination for your needs.

Project Write Now hosted another fantastic writing workshop at the farm. We love and appreciate collaborating with their organization and offering our space for them to create and share their poetry and writing. Project Write Now offers a wide array of programs that encourage us to explore our thoughts, build character and transform ourselves through writing.
