Sign Up Now for the Arizona College-Going Initiatives!

The Arizona Board of Regents is excited to announce that sign-ups are now open for its college-going initiatives for the 2025-2026 school year. Arizona high schools are invited to join three impactful programs designed to help seniors apply to college, complete the FAFSA, and celebrate their postsecondary decisions:

  • Arizona College Application Campaign
  • Arizona FAFSA Challenge
  • Arizona Decision Day


By registering, your school will empower students on their path to higher education and receive a FREE toolkit (stickers, swag, and digital resources) for all three programs. The toolkits are first-come, first-served and will be mailed directly to schools starting August 4. Participating schools also receive ABOR’s monthly college-going newsletter with tips and resources.

Mark your calendars to join in on a day of empowerment and education tailored for high school counselors, CCR specialists, and college access professionals on Friday, September 12 at the Memorial Union on the ASU Tempe campus. More information to come! 


If you are interested in serving as a presenter for a 20-minute roundtable discussion or a 50-minute breakout session, complete this Call for Proposals form by Friday, May 30.

FAFSA News

1:1 FAFSA Completion Workshop - East Mesa

Students and families needing assistance with FSA ID creation and/or FAFSA completion are invited to attend the upcoming FAFSA completion workshop on Saturday, May 17 from 9:00 to 12:00 at the Red Mountain Multigenerational Center. Share this information and registration link with students and families widely!

Capital One Cafe FAFSA Workshops

AzCAN and Ask Benji, in partnership with the Capital One Cafe, will host in-person FAFSA completion workshops on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.


Please encourage your students and families to RSVP or walk-in for FAFSA support!

NCAN News

For each high school graduating class, NCAN produces a report, Pell Dollars Left on the Table, as a powerful tool that can be used to advocate for programs and policies that boost FAFSA completion and, in turn, Pell Grant recipients across the country and in Arizona.
